Wash your own hair and permanent extensions with Silver Shampoo

You can use Silver Shampoo both with and without permanent extensions. Follow the simple steps below for the best results.

1. Detangle the hair with an Extensions Brush before washing. Start at the ends and work your way up.
2. Rinse the hair with lukewarm water and then apply Silver Shampoo from root to tip, avoiding rubbing. Be sure to distribute the shampoo evenly throughout the hair.
3. Let it sit for a few minutes. The longer the processing time, the greater the effect of the shampoo.*
4. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Then shampoo the hair with regular shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
6. Towel-dry the hair with a Bamboo Turban Hair Towel and then apply a hair mask to the lengths, avoiding the attachments and scalp. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
7. Apply conditioner to the lengths, avoiding the attachments and scalp. Rinse thoroughly.
8. First, dry the attachments with a hairdryer on very low heat, if possible, let the rest of the hair air-dry, otherwise blow-dry on low heat. Always use heat protection.
9. Detangle the hair when it is dry.

*If you are using Silver Shampoo for the first time, we recommend letting the shampoo sit for a few seconds during the first wash. If you want more effect, repeat the shampooing or increase the processing time for the next wash.

Wash temporary extensions with Silver Shampoo

If you want to wash your temporary extensions with Silver Shampoo, you should always do it in a shampoo bath. The bath makes it easy to achieve an even distribution of the shampoo, preventing the hair from becoming patchy, and gives you full control over the effect of the shampoo. Follow the simple steps below for the best results.

1. Fill a bowl or sink with lukewarm water.
2. Add a few drops of Silver Shampoo to the water and stir.
3. Place your hairpiece** in the water and leave it for up to 30 seconds.
4. Take the hairpiece out of the water and remove the shampoo with your fingers, checking the color.
5. If you want more effect, repeat steps 3 and 4 until satisfied.
6. Rinse the shampoo thoroughly.
7. Apply conditioner to the lengths and rinse thoroughly.
8. Let the hair air dry, preferably hanging on a Hair Hanger or Hair Extensions Holder. Alternatively, blow-dry the hair on low heat. Always use heat protection.
9. Detangle the hair when it is dry.

**If you have clip-ins with multiple pieces, always wash one piece at a time for an even result.
